Post 400: May 8th is apple blossom time in Western Nebraska

Everything looks a bit shop worn, but there still are blossoms (not so nice!) on the trees. Lots of branches down around town among the apple trees, but the ones here all survived. Yes, the snow is today’s snow, and the boys had their usual reaction to it: Andy, not so thrilled, and Dougy wanting to check everything out. I think I’ve attached a link to today’s snow video with the boys and one of the apple blossoms from May 9, 2011`, when I DID get them filmed before they were a mess! Look in the comments for Posts 399 and 400. I don’t recall which had the links.
For some reason I thought this was an old photo but it is today-holy crap-snow in may!!
