As promised, here are photos of the boys’ new haircuts!
What a pretty boy he is when he’s groomed nicely!
Once again the Murphy’s Grooming Boutique team did a great job with Andy and Dougy! Sara is an artist when it comes to cutting cat hair, and (amazingly!) the report I get is the boys are good while there. What I especially like about Sara’s work is how the boys come out looking trimmed but not scalped, neater but not prissy. No ribbons for my boys’ necks! 🙁 Unless it’s for “Best Groomed Kitty”, of course.
Go for the teddy bear cut, cat people. The lion cut is too extreme and not dignified.
A message for Dougy and Andy from Ali. It is flea season and do not turn your back on Doug. I turned my back on Granny and she got me with the advantage and I am still sulking.
I agree totally! The boys not only get their flea/tick/heartworm (and whatever else it works for…) medicine on the same day each month I clean their fountain. I have a note to myself on the desktop to remind me to “git’er done” on specific dates. I also have their grooming schedule for the year there. Even though they are indoor cats, there are opportunities for exposure to parasites, so I take this task seriously, even though both hate the stuff!
They look wonderful and so pretty, and yes I know guys, but you do both look so beautiful.
I think of them as pretty, too, regardless of their sex! Doesn’t affect them in the least as they are all boy cat!
omgosh they look great! I have a new groomer, too. Will post about it soon 🙂
I hope you like your new groomer as much as my boys like theirs! Sara is great! (They don’t usually take cats, but, since the boys are well-behaved, they are a favorite!)
How adorable! Ellie
The boys thank you, and so do I! I like the job their groomer does because they come out of the session looking like cats still!
He looks like the perfect “wild” cat!
They are!
