Andy established the over-turned wastepaper basket as his personal cat cave. Everyone in the house knows that, including Mr. Dougy!
Dougy and Andy came into the kitchen to watch me do dishes.
Dougy took up a spot close to the cat cave.
(He really, really wanted to go in, but Andy was watching from nearby!)

Yes, before it was over, Dougy snuggled in the cat cave and Andy, once again, lost control of something meant to be his exclusive domain. Dougy is a very naughty kitty when he puts his mind to it!
(I tried to get a photo of the miscreant in the cat cave but he is a true member of this family: When he saw a camera pointed his way, he ran for cover!)
Dougy says that if you don’t have proof, nothing happened 🙂
He did go into the cat cave for a short time after I put my camera away (of course!), and ran out of it when I came back with my camera. That tends to support your argument…! It’s my word against his cuteness, isn’t it, and we know which will win every time!

Thanks! I wish I could have caught Dougy in the cat cave again because that would make the story more interesting, but he looked like he wanted to go in it when I was watching.
I had the nerve to toss out boxes Ali has not even looked at in weeks and now I am in the dog house.
The boys look like they are taking it easy and it is nap time.
Ha! Ha! I totally appreciate what you went through! I always get these piercing stares when I make the mistake of breaking down boxes in from of the boys….! And, yes, it doesn’t matter if the boxes are ones they haven’t played in for weeks: NO BOXES MAY LEAVE THE HOUSE! 🙂

Dougy naughty?? Never my friend! Doughy is just the same as moi….an opportunist! If sis is not laying in our tent between the pillows but has her foot close it it…does this mean its her domain? I don’t think so…if her foot was sticking out of the tent cause her bod’s lying inside the tent…well, that’s her tent then. I will concede the tent to her. But really, Finders….I’ll use it when I feel like it…doesn’t cut it with me. My philosophy is simple, “Find it and use it or its mine!” MOL
