Post 920: Andy window watches…

Andy loves to window watch. There are lots of birds and an occasional squirrel in the trees outside the back window, for example, and more of the same out the front. It’s good kitty entertainment!

Andy gets comfortable. There are lots of fun things outside today!

“Birds!”
Andy perks up.

“Did you see that birdie?” Andy’s horns are up!
Andy likes to share his sightings with me.

Back to the window watching. Mustn't miss out on anything happening outside!

In his fantasy world, Andy things he can catch that bird! The hunt is on!

Behind the blinds! In a moment, Andy will climb the screen and have a fit because he can't get to the bird!

Andy continues to watch the birds outside, but it won’t be long before it’s time to groom, then take a well-deserved kitty nap. All in a day’s work!

    • I’ve seen cats take on fox squirrels that were about the same size. I don’t know if Andy and Dougy are that brave. I suspect they would be very curious about squirrels, but not bother them.

  1. Now, Bird TV is a must in every cat household. This is the first year here for bird tv and it was not interesting until now. The birds have discovered the feeder and dad moved it to the arbor so some could wait and chat on the arbor while the others eat.
