Whew! It’s only a little after 7:00 AM, and I feel like I need a nap. I didn’t get much sleep last night or, for that matter, lately. I guess it finally caught up with me.
I spot Dougy on the recliner. Sleepy time for kitty.
Andy likes to sleep on his back.

I find most medical treatments exhausting so it’s no surpridse to me you’re tired. Just remember great minds like Einstein and Churchill napped. You can tell people that’s why you do too. Any yes, cats give excellent health advice, nap, stretch regularly, give and get love.
And chase wand toys….! Don’t forget that. (I secretly enjoy them, too, if from the operator’s end of the toy!)

Take a note from the boys. If, you are the tiniest bit sleepy…well, go for it. Who cares? Nobody will stop and visit….well maybe. Usually my friends drop by when I look like I just woke up….actually they’re getting used to it now. Eyebrows don’t raise anymore. I’ve often wished I could crash like the girls…they don’t care about the time. I often stroke Kali or Shoko when I’m trying (and failing) to get to sleep. It seems to help. Shoko is quieter now when I stroke her which is relaxing. She used to jump on the pillow with a stroke of the hand. She’d bite my hair and if no rise out of me, she’d bat me on the head…..repeatedly.

Andy is known to give my hand little bites if he is tired of my attention. Not hard, but hard enough to get his wishes known. Dougy, on the other hand, rubs all over me, kneads me, walks on me, and really gets into my “Dougness”.
The boys look quite comfortable, Doug! Hope you can get some rest yourself.
I went shopping for a replacement washing machine/dryer instead, and, now, am waiting for it to be delivered since today is pretty much the only day they can do it without hassles. My coming week is very busy!

Andy would help, but Dougy likes to knead me and walk on me while he purrs. It takes a bit of courage to handle him when he find exposed skin to knead, too!

I don’t look forward to it. The recliner is comfortable but it traps heat. I guess I will be very sweaty till I can sleep in a bed again!
7ham it is early ! I never has been someone to get up early and with the time this has not improved . So Doug have a good nap as much you need .
Anyway dialysis is tiring .
Look at Dougy and Angy they have no problem : they sleep as much as needed and in the recliner ! 🙂
