Andy’s enjoying the sun, but there’s more going on than just the sun!
What could hold a cat’s interest for more than a blink of the eye?
See what I mean? Now his interest is diverted!
Dougy’s interested, too, but the camera flash brought out his classic response: Close yer eyes!
In the meantime, Andy’s moved to the top of my computer…for a better view.
Now it makes sense! The back door is open and birds are tweeting!

Cats are cats, interesting, funny and absolutely captivating enjoy them Weggie but don’t forget they own you!
Andy and Dougy are my third and fourth cats, so I know all about that!
“What’s up, kitty boys” … you just know what we’ll be humming for the rest of the day, don’t you.

Sorry!
Nothing like a good sunspot, and a perch with a view of the birds! Good to see the boys enjoying the day.
I do wish it were cooler so I could leave the door open longer for the boys before I turned on the air conditioner, however….!
Love those close ups of Andy and that sweet adorable face.
Thanks! He looks almost kittenish. Dougy photographs older.
Nothing can get a kitty’s attention like bird TV. 🙂
Oh yeah!
Adore the pictures. Isn’t it funny that we always have to look see what they’re looking at. How about the times they strain to see down that dark hallway towards the bedroom….like someone is approaching. I must get up and look…NOTHING. I come back and the girls are sprawled out looking at me like, “haha Made ya look!”
Jean
Yeah, that happens here, too. The times that really concern me are when they get that look, then run (as if in fear for their lives!) into the next room. I don’t know if the next moment I’ll see a monster with a chainsaw or it’s just someone with a noisy muffler driving down the lane. LOL!
hahaha….exactly!! Hubby used to work out of town for 3 weeks and home for 1 week. He did this for about 20 years, so I was on my own a lot. When the girls acted like an intruder was in the house and then ran and hid, I was really uptight. I had to go and look and see if a monster was lurking in the bathroom. Geez, my shadow would scare the beejeebers out of me. haha
LOL! I live alone except for the cats, so I totally appreciate that!
Cats have a special places in the home… they are amazing. They own these places… Loved them so much. Thank you dear Weggie, I missed you all. Love, nia
That they, do! Dougy and “his” ottoman are a constant issue. Andy isn’t supposed to even walk by it, and Dougy tells me off (by scratching on the ottoman at the time of my indiscretion) if i make the mistake of putting my feet up on the ottoman! Andy is less forward about defending his territory, though he will do it.
I can almost understand them… 🙂 They drive us… always.
Yes, they do!
