What?! What?! What?! How dare Dougy disturb Andy’s peace?!
Yet Dougy does. He hops down from the all-in-one machine. Andy is scandalized!
Snoopy Dougy snoops around. Andy watches closely, which is why Dougy’s tail is in his face.
While he snoops, he fails to notice Andy’s “Tragic Fatal Claw of Retribution and Death” has come dangerously close…!
Watch out, Dougy!!! Dougy continues to snoop.
Faster than I can take the photo, Andy swats Dougy on the butt, and Dougy runs off to places unknown to regain his cattitude and assuage his pride.

There’s nothing like that Foot of Retribution to those who disturb the napping cat at the other end of it. Andy looks satisfied with the results.
Today’;s blog is a continuation of that dispute. Andy really nailed his brother. I had to get involved and pull them apart. Then I talked calmly to both while holding them (kind of like my father did with us kids). They would rather not be held, so this was their “punishment”! lol! And I skritched them so they weren’t too bummed out about spending time being held.
Crikey, it’s like living with perpetual toddlers, it seems.

Well, I guess he had it coming, interrupting a nap and all.
Dougy was surprisingly unaware of what was about to come. He would have done the same to Andy in the same circumstances, though, so he got no sympathy!
The boys made my day! I had a good healthy LOL. Thanks to all three of you and glad thay made up quickly.
Yeah, petulance is short-lived in both kitties, and they mostly are best buddies and playmates, as they’ve been since kittenhood.
Dougy took the high road (over the all-in-one machine) instead of coming over the shelf, which definitely is Andy’s personal territory, so Andy could have forgiven his brother. However, when either cat is where Andy was and the other where Dougy was, they squabble and bat each other. I’ve posted at least two videos on YouTube that show that behavior. Both kitties get lots of loving, so don’t worry about Andy!! He got a nice nose rub after this sequence of photos, for example.
They are so cute, and so cats!

I was shocked Andy would be so insensitive to his brother, too! Not to worry, though. The snit was over faster than I could take the photo, and both kitties got along the rest of the day.
