Post 1106: hello…goodbye!

Dougy came over to visit me after his midday nap.

"Hello!" Dougy announces he is available for scritiching. So I scratch him under the chin, of course, because that's my usefulness in life!

"Goodbye!" Well, that was rude and short, Dougy! I even made room for you by my arm!

On the technical side of it, for some reason I couldn’t send photos from my smart phone to my computer yesterday, so I had to improvise with my webcam. I’m getting sick of these little computer/technology glitches!

Heck if I know where the photos went when the puny little screen noted “message sending” when I sent the photos into oblivion. They still are on the phone. I’ll try again today, though I am reminded of the saying “Insanity is trying the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.” LOL!

=(^+^)=

Though I usually don’t pay a lot of attention to how many people follow this blog – the number fluctuates up and down practically each day – I can’t help but notice it is approaching 900 people. I want to thank each and everyone of you for stopping by!

  1. I don’t know if you like history but your sentence “Insanity is trying the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.” would make a superb essay title about British tactics in World War One!

    • Yes, history is one of my passions! The statement about insanity isn’t original to me, though I’m not sure who originated it. We see it or variations of it quite a lot this political season here in America.
