I got a response back from WordPress on what might cause my problem importing photos to this site. I tried each and every one of the suggestions, with no change! I will try to contact them for an “in person” review of what came up (or didn’t) when I tried each suggestion. Frankly, if this isn’t resolved, I may simply drop from the blogosphere. I’m SICK of these stupid problems!
In the meantime, here are some old photos to repay you for stopping by:

Sorry the problems keep recurring, Doug. It is frustrating. Love the photos of the boys, even if they are reruns.
I’ve had some slow progress, with lots of help from the WordPress people and fellow bloggers. I hope I’m past the worst of it.
You all are so busy I don’t know when you sleep.
I cat nap since Andy and Dougy pretty much dictate my sleep patterns. As a retiree, this works out pretty well for me. Of course, when I’m sitting in the recliner at the dialysis unit three times a week, I can snooze for up to four hours if I chose or my body decides I need it!
MOL Mom and I liked the pictures of the boys. I especially liked Andy and the wastebasket. His ears are right back. I know this look, I give it often. He is -issed. Thanks for the chuckle Doug.

That was Dougy with his ears back. (They look alike….!) Regardless, yes, he was very upset to be yelled at for being a bad boy!
Upset or it hurt his ears? Sorry bout that…I still get them mixed up. I should have known this was a Dougy trick.
Definitely upset! He forgave me a short time later, though, because he and Andy have very mild personalities.
I am sorry you still have those problems of uf photos up loading.

This recalls me Ruth Tirmand who had problem with WordPress and had to crate new blogs on wordpress . Is there a limit to the total weight of photos we can uploaded ?

Yes, there is a limit, though I’ve only used 73% of it. (I pay extra for the volume of videos and photos I post.) I know Ruth has created at least three new blogs in the past year or so because of problems with WordPress. I hate to do that, but may have to go that route, too.
I am sorry ,Doug n you have technical problem withWP.
However I see photos on your post . I guess you had difficultie to upload them.

I have lots of photos in my media file that go back to 2010. Since moist of the people who follow my blog don’t go back that far, I’ve been able to repost those old photos available there. I hate to not have something in the kitty line for people who follow this since that’s the main reason to stop by….!
It’s so disappointing with WordPress. They used to be very prompt and useful in resolving problems. Now, they leave you floundering.
I hope you get things sorted, lots of folks would miss you and them there cats!

I sent them a list of what i tried and the results. The IT guy said there were other things to try if what he’d suggested didn’t work.

I will have to agree however that trying to get photos into my WordPress media library is a PITA. If they do load, they often are sideways or even upside down. I have to go back to the Dashboard and edit everything.

I have photos back to 2010 at least, most of which are kitty photos, in my media file. I can continue for some time reusing old photos, but my cats continue to do things I’d love to share. Dang!

I would miss yu and the boys so much, Andy and Dougy have taken the place of my sweet little Persian grl Mini I lost in 2014, Persians being special as you know.
Yes, they are! Such sweetness overload and cute besides! I am trying to work the problem out, but have media files on WordPress going back several years that most people who follow this blogs haven’t seen that I can draw on for the time being.
I hope you can get your wordpress problems resolved ! I just discovered your blog and wuld hate to lose it !
