Of course, the multi-colored string thingy requires meowing at Andy to get him to come in from the guest bedroom. It is a little game the two invented years ago, a chase game they enjoy a lot!
The other requires the human to cooperate, and we know how that goes. Poor kitty!

They play it all the time. I’ve never been able to see much point to it other than it gives them a way to signal to each other that they want to play the chase game.
