Andy had his medicine right away this morning because I caught him asleep on the dresser in my bedroom. He protested, of course, but took it down like the good kitty he is. Then he ran off and hid from me.
Later, though, he came over to the recliner, which I managed to claim before either kitty got in it, and couldn’t get enough loving from me!

Andy does this all the time. He runs under the bed to get away from me, but leaves his tail hanging out in the open!
Of course, Andy is a sweet-natured kitty who loves loving, too. When I managed to get to use the recliner before either Andy or Dougy claimed it first, Andy hopped up on the recliner arm for a major “scritching”, nestled in the crook of my arm.
After all that attention, he was satisfied to roost on the back of the recliner!

Another week has gone by and it looks like I am about caught up on your posts. Now it is a matter of getting back on ours…
I can appreciate it. Even as a retiree, it seems I don’t keep up well. I try to have material at least a day ahead on my blog, rarely, but that rarely lasts more than one day! LOL!
Haha, then I don’t feel to bad. The furry ones want attention too and already let me know that I spend too much time in front of the screen.
Dougy whines and scratches on my chair. Andy sneaks up behind me and puts both paws on my arm. If he is especially upset with me, he gives me a little reminder he is there by extending those pointy things on his paws just enough to let me know he has them!
Oh, the fun of furry creatures. Benji pushes his head against my hand for attention. Ms. Zulu licks me whenever she feels she can get away with it which is most of the time.
One thing about it, we are suckers for their manipulations! LOL!
As long as it fun for everyone, it is a win-win situation.

Hiding with the tail out! That is like our Marcus cat hiding when it is time to brush his teeth and he whines, letting me know where he is!
LOL! They are so sweet in those times!

Andy’s on the recliner arm again, though he moved over from the arm closer to me (I’m on the glide rocker) to the farther arm because Dougy just showed up to whine at me to stop using the laptop and pay attention to him!! So, my weekend is going normally, and we are all enjoying it!
