You know cats. Any flat surface anywhere turns into a sanctuary. So it is with the newspaper.
While Andy feels secure there, truth is that’s the easiest place to find him when it’s time for his medicine! And catching him is especially easy then because he feels secure for far too long before I snatch him up.

I was unaware of his behavior till I got cats. Same with boxes and cats. Fascinating stuff!

He thinks he’s safe there, which is a fantasy. He’s easiest to catch when he is on one of his “safe spots”.

Well, most times, I think, though one benefit of being retired is I get to observe them a lot of the day. That gives me the advantage when it comes to medicine time, for example.
