Good for you! It’s still possible to misidentify them in pictures…and I have! (I do make corrections when I notice I’ve done that, of course.)
Just catching up with you now, Doug. Yes, cats love new toys! Dougy looks quite happy with his prize in that photo!
I; m reminded of when they were kittens and played keep away with a tiny stuffed mouse that came out of a catnip container. One would capture it from the other, and would prance away, head high, with the prize in mouth! It was so cute! Now that they are mature cats, they are too cool to show that pride so openly, but a new tool brings it out again when they capture it!
So did they like it?
They didn’t like it, they love, love, loved it!
They do have a way of loving.
