Time to give Andy his medicine, but he’s nowhere to be seen….
=(^+^)=
Hey! There’s Dougy! Maybe he knows!
By coincidence, I didn’t turn my laptop off yesterday after I showed a visitor the video I posted in yesterday’s post. (I thought I had since I clicked on “shut down”….) The next video up was this one:
LOL! Yes, his amazing tail, once more, betrayed his hiding spot. Did I catch him? Ahem! Well, the plot thickens. He managed to escape. He’s out there somewhere, though. I shall catch him. He will get his daily dose of medicine. Mwahahahahaha!
That is an amazing tail. A nice plume!
Yes, and it is a nice sensation to have them rub them against my legs!
andy…dood…we canna blame ewe….we wood hide two N knot even fora case oh trout wood we come outta hiding ~~~~~ ♥♥♥ 🙂
Andy and I play our daily game, but remain good buddies the rest f the day.
Been through it with pills and syringe. Syringe is easier but only by a bit. Loved that video!
I agree! Andy manages to turn his head way so far I am amazed it doesn’t pop off! LOL! That’s a favorite of mine, even though I mispronounce “accusation” in it, something I never did before or after in my life.
Here is the song in video:

I enjoyed this, Michel! Thanks!
This is just the tip of the cat’s tail
Who Electrifies You
This is only the tip of the cat’s tail
Who made this noise there
No spirit is not there yet
Unite our fluids
And let’s start again
The cat spoiled.
( frenhj song about tip, of cat tai by the Frères Jacques )
In friendship

That’s fun! Thanks for sharing this with me, I’d never heard of them or of the song before!
Why is it always so difficult to “Take Your Medicine”, I never seem to want to do it either. Doug I applaud you but my heart goes out to Andy. ~~dru~~
Besides Andy’s Amazing Tail, you could also call that still shot “The Two Boyz’ Tails”.
Yes, Doug’s tail is pretty amazing, too!
It’s easy for me to continue because it will help control kidney and eye issues that come out of untreated high blood pressure. With the daily hassle to Andy, he is more assured a healthier and longer life. Try t tell him that, though!
Andy sure doesn’t make it easy. Very nice tail.
It’s probably his best feature!
That was fun to watch.
Glad you liked it! It’s one of my favorites of Andy.
They are amazing kitties! I am guessing you must force a pill down his throat? Tough to do with a cat.
No, I get the pills mashed and dissolved in chicken flavored distilled water. I give it to him with a little plastic syringe. It;s still a challenge some days, but mostly the process is much, much easier than forcing a tablet of capsule down his throat or giving it to him in a pill cover, a method many cats are too smart to be fooled by! I have a little update on giving him his medicine for tomorrow’s blog. I had a much harder time completing the task today than usual. Andy still got his “good boy” treat at the end of it, but he definitely wasn’t a good boy!
Wow, I’m glad you do it that way instead! I had a girlfriend years ago who had two Persian cats, they were adorable. ❤😻😻
Persians are sweet kitties, for sure! Until I got Andy and Dougy, I thought they were like the villain Persian in “Stuart Little” and other movies: NOT true!
Not all medicines can be administered this way, so I was fortunate his prescription was for one that could be.
They are so lovely dear WB, how they know when they should hide… Our Princess, she became very nervous after all her medicine process!!!! you can guess, how hard to catch her. And after catching her, she begins to scream, to hiss, Thank you, have a nice day, Love, nia
Andy sometimes forgets his manners and says naughty kitty things, but mostly he is a good boy…after you catch him! LOL!
This is so nice, our Princess she is so nervous! She is old one and so grumpy 🙂
LOL! I’m old and grumpy, too! Princess and I probably could share why we are grumpy and agree on all things! Mostly it would be because we are old and have reasons to be grumpy!
