Andy was an exceptionally good boy when I gave him his medicine. He purred and purred, really relaxed in my arm, and didn’t fight much when I put the medicine in his mouth. He even let me hold him longer than usual afterwards!
I hope this is the new pattern. Andy spends more time with me on the recliner lately, and the other day he even kneaded my arm, something he’s never done before. That’s Dougy’s thing!

Yes, Andy got his kitty treats! He likes his cottonwood table. It’s easier to see and eat the nuggets. Of course, he picks one up and crunches it on the carpet, kitty style!

Yes, Dougy gets treats at the same time, too, but only if he shows up. Of course, he usually shows up because he knows Andy gets kitty treats after his medicine.
I guess Dougy didn’t want anything to eat this time. He wandered off to the north bathroom. Andy’s OK with that: More treats for Andy!
They continually change and I’m delighted Andy is kneading you…hopefully with claws in. Shoko kneads the blankets but not me…perhaps like Andy….in their own sweet time she will.

I always make sure there is something between paws and me when kneading takes place because Dougy really, really, really gets excited doing it and forgets his manners! He starts with claws in, then gradually lets the claws out…!
The boys seem to be really enjoying their new table, Doug. Glad Andy is feeling more relaxed about getting his medicine too. Easier on both of you, and probably Dougy too. He doesn’t have to listen to his brother Andy complaining about his medicine! 🙂

After I caught him and gave him his medicine, he was! He stopped by to get “scritched”, and I snatched him up instead. He got some loving before and after his medicine, then he got his treats! Unlike Ms. Zulu and Benji, the kitty boys don’t accumulate treats on account because they are mostly naughty. (Not teally! But they have no treats accounts.)
LOL, everytime I get a discount at the petstore I either buy extra treats or toys for the furry ones.

LOL! My beard’s been trimmed significantly since then, but I was pretty bushy then.
