Aww… Dougy. I wish I could come & play with you & Andy sometime! Mom says we’d be like three peas in a pod! Whatever a pod is! Mom asks if that is one of those antique Red Wing crocks that Dougy is sitting in? My auntie collects crocks.
That would be fun for us, too! I agree: “peas in a pod”! I was astonished the first time I saw your photo, and thought you could be their long lost brother you looked so much like them. They do have another brother (and sister) who live in South Dakota, just north of me a few miles, but I never met them. I don’t know if they are smoke Persians or some other color. Their mother had a brownish-red tabby cat coat. I never met their father.
No, but the proprietor of the shop let me know they are rescheduled for this Friday, September 29th. There were misunderstandings on both sides, but we worked them out.
I hope so, too. I think they are so matted, though, that they will get the feline equivalent of a soup bowl haircut…you know, like Mo Howard of the Three Stooges.
LOL! Absolutely the same result! I like that claypot haircut better than the English soup bowl haircut because the absurdity of a clay pot on someone’s head brings gales of laughter to me! LOL!

I got cut off in that comment. I’m sure you’ll laugh some more because the Russian word GORSHOK (clay pot) also means POTTY (the night vase, that is). Now visualize that on someone’s head!

Oh, that is indeed a grim thought! Here, it might be called the “Thunder Mug”. Ugh! Chamber pot is another, nicer name for it in English, but the thought of one inverted on one’s head is, um, grim!

LOL! It works for me, too!

That is a wonderful series of photos of Dougy falling asleep in the bowl!
Good luck on the groomer problem, Doug. I hope the letter works.
I got an answer to my letter on the scheduling problem, and we had misunderstandings on both sides. The kitty boys have been rescheduled for this Friday afternoon. Whew!
The letter outlining my issues probably was delivered yesterday. I don’t know if I’ll get a response or not, but I should hope so considering I’ve been a reliable customer since November 2012. It only became a problem for me when the appointments I made in November 2016 were in conflict with my dialysis schedule that was changed in early 2017.
That’s because it is fluff, not cat! That happens to be one of his favorite places to rest, perhaps as much so as the salmon-colored tub and ottoman. I got one for Andy, too, but Dougy took it over. Bad kitty!
Of course, you live in a warm climate. That’s a perfect place for a kitty to be comfortable. In hot weather here, my kitty boys like to sleep in places like the tiled floor, too.

No, that’s a plastic tub that cost a dollar!
He, he, so cute!
Dougy says to tell you, “Mrow!” He agrees with you. LOL!
Cat in cup : Dougty likes that :

That’s one of his favorite places to sleep because it fits him just so!
Occupied territory by a fluffy furball! Did you finally get them groomed?

Glad to hear that! Hopefully, this weekend we will see kitty boys in all their glory!

It shows how fluffy he is at this point, too.

Imagine that you could do to children 😊. Cats really know how to relax.
That they do! I don’t think there is any place a cat can’t fall asleep. I’ve bought cat beds before and they never get used by either kitty boy!
Yes the head is dropping…dropping…dropping. I hope you are getting somewhere with the grooming matter.

Wow, the bowl is big enough to fit all of his fluff!

My cat doesn’t have a specific place to sleep. He just sleeps on the cold floor…

oh did it work? I will try this magic spell too?
I’ll have Andy get in touch with you, Phenny! I know he’d love to share his trick with you since you are one of his top favorite woofies!
