They are almost eight years old – birthday is this coming July 1 – but I have seen a type of harness for cats on “My Cat From Hell” that might work on cats that haven’t experienced that sort of thing from an early age. I’d benefit from the walk myself, for that matter.
As Jackson Galaxy the cat behaviorist would note, the cat isn’t spoiled, it is the human who needs to be retrained! (I have to take a mea culpa when it comes to bad behaviors in my cats. I tried to raise them to be good kitties, biut didn’t know what I was doing.)
His program on television is inspiring and helpful. He claims never to have failed at correcting bad cat behavior, though some catsd are especially screwed up. Many times, when the cat is acting up, it is reflecting the human’s insecurities about the situation.
Andy would kill the laptop byu climbing on it, biut Dougy uses the more irritating pout method. He had a kitty pout that sounds especially irritating to me, and he puts his paw on my knee. I can tell when his patience is done by the length of claw he extends…!
Good for you, Dougy. I think we should put the computer purrograms in kitty language and sit back and watch the fun. Tee hee hee.
A good idea!
Ha! It’s a good thing he is not trying to help, as mine do when I take photos of food.
Hey, I’m surprised you don’t have cats and humans bugging you then! Those dishes always look and sound very delicious!
Thank you so much, Doug!
why is the convict upset! Not getting any early parole? He’d be in the dog house with me for his “Great Escape”!
He is under strict supervision any time he is near a door that leads outside! Bad kitty!
but it does show he/they want to go outside. Maybe leashes for a walk around?

a win win scenario! Doesn’t have to be far or long.Just around the house would be fine to start with.
That’s about how far I could manage these days, I fear, but it would be good to build up muscles slowly.
excellent! I’m sure Dougy would say yes!
We know Dougy’d be up for a snoopfest outside, but Andy is a scaredy cat.
Sorry, Doug. With your escapades you really have no leg to stand on.
Exactly how I vierwed it! LOL!
I commented here but where my comment is going ?
Probably needs approval as first time commenter.
Michel is a regular commenter. I’m not sure why this happens, but others have mentioned this happening to them.
Apparently it loaded onto my blog slowly because there is a comment from you, Michel.
oh! Dougy ! This is you who should be ashamed to always stand on your Ottoman ! You are spoiled my friend Cat ! 🙂
In friendship
Michel

Hard problems ,Doug. I like the thought of the cat behaviorist.

Well seen . I think indeed that animals such cats ,dogs , horses are very sensitive to our joys or stress
I agree!
you can do that? wow…. we can only kill the touchpad, but meanwhile even the mam knows they key combination to bring it back to life…
