On the picture you love , Doug , the latest: Dougy had half closed eyes . Probably this is due to the pleasure he gets ! patience is the first quality of a cats’ owner!! 🙂

You have two to get into a photo and they are live wires! Every time I look at your posts, that challenge comes across. For that matter, Nellie and Phenny look like a handful without trying to photograph them, too!
I go through the same thing with ours, too. 🙂
We should make a portfolio of failed cat photos. I suppose failed dog photos would be equally amusing!
I know the feeling.
Me, too!
Dougy is such a comedian!
That’s how I see him, too!
Same here, takes lots of photos before I get the one I like:)
I’m glad I don’t have to use a film camera any longer!
dood….happenz round heer two tho itz mor like 1000’s !!!! 🙂 ♥♥
Sometimes there’ll be a usable photo, something that’s amusing, for example, even though the portrait value is nil.
In the first photo all Dougy needs to look like stereotypical Brit is a Bowler hat.
LOL! I see what you mean. His “bulldog” pug face helps give him that Winston Churchill demeanor.

I hope things are good for him, but I suspect the eyes are half closed because he anticipates a flash whenever he sees a camera or smart phone!
Or Dougy teases you by narrowing his eyes or he anticipates the flash. !!
Intelligent, this brother!
Almost every time! And he has such pretty eyes if I can catch them in a photo.
love it!!! I have a quote of 87:1 … or let’s say 187:1 ;O))))
