I frustrated Andy’s effort to knock a pen off the end table…
…then…
…the fly came by!
[Cold weather must be coming when three flies decide to come in to my home. I am trying to swat them, as so are the kitty boys, but these seem to be Super Flies. UGH! Our motto here: Die fly, die!]
I can’t imagine flies taste that good..
What?….the kitty boys do not eat the flies!
Lately there have been so many, they barely get excited whern one pops up. I don’t recvall ever seeing either kitty actually eating what they catch. Most often, they bite it and leave it once it’s dead.
they have superior taste buds!
Did Andy get the fly? We have to know! Hehe!
No, but he swatted at it several times.
Bad luck Andy, nice try! Bless him!
I was rooting for him.
You kitties look like your having fun. Love your site.
Definitely!
So who is a more successful fly hunter, you or Andy?
Both have equal skills, though Andy is more enthusiastic.
So you think, but I’ll bet that Andy thinks otherwise.
Abby is our best fly catcher here – blind in one eye and 17 years old, she is fast and accurate i her attack. 🙂
A valuable skill in a kitty! Good girl, abby!
Good job fly hunting.
Nasty bugs! There is some place they are getting into the house, and I’m searching! I killed six or seven of them today.
Good kitties! Kill! The cold is coming soon enough Doug. I can tell the season change is approaching by the temps here dropping out of the 100’s range. The 90’s are coming.
We’ve having wide swings in the temperatures this week and next – summer and fall are sorting things out!
