Dougy (upper left), Andy, and I have our new routines these days. Theirs is less stressful now that they both have loungers in prime territory. Mine is more so. I hope you all are staying safe and are following the precautions recommended by doctors, not Facebook know-it-alls and politicians.
Wowy, I sure like your polk-a-dot face mask, Mr. Doug. I sure hope you stay protected and safe. Mom is being extra careful, too, and following the recommendations by doctors. I wish all humans would. Purr purr purr.
I thought I got the best one they handed out myself!
Strange days, indeed.
Stay safe dear Doug, Love, nia
You, too, Nia! These are difficult times everywhere.
Glad you have a mask. Stay safe.
I am trying to follow the recommendations closely. Hope you are safe, too!
You and The Boys stay safe and well too ! Purrs.
You, too!
Are you back in the hospital? That looks like a hospital picture?
No, that’s the dialysis recliner, which has a sheet over it for partial infection control.
Dialysis is at the local hospital, but it is an out patient procedure I have three times a week.
Ah, okay. Looked like a hospital bed in the picture.
Your looking comfortable there, Doug. Be well! Kick Facebook to the curb, as putrid as politicians.
It is a comfortable (and heated!) recliner.
Sweet!! The kitties must kick you off of it for the warmth. 😎😻
It’s at the local hospital, so they never get to enjoy the warmth!
Oh, I see. Buy the boys an electric blanket!
I am cold blooded so keep the apartment warmer than I should! LOL!
You and me both Doug, when the temp drops below 70 I am so cold! Totally acclimated to the desert heat these days, Michigan is too cold now. And I grew up with a snowmobile under my bum too!! 😂
We had a spring blizzard here overnight. Not much snow, but it’s brisk, not nice today. I’m wrapped in three blankets on my lap and one around my shoulders!
We are using our sanding and fine dust masks. We bought a box of them years ago; Rick uses one when burning brush. We know they are not replaceable now, so we take one, and use it for a s long as possible and only when out at the store. We might get through this.
We have little choice!
Stay safe and well Doug chuq
Thanks! You, too.
always wear oven mitts and you’ll be fine Doug! Of course you’ll fumble many things but hey you’ll be able to take hot food out of the oven lickity split!
I think you should get miniature masks for the boys or get someone to photoshop them on!
LOL! They’d be cute as heck, no doubt! Yes,k the oven mitts would be a good idea!
you’d all be cute as heck!
LOL! We’ll work at it!
we agree…. we should trust doctors and not those who can not even spell the word aspirine but think they know all about everything…
Exactly.
