Sweet memories of such a good kitty ! But Andy probably learned long ago to keep his paws off Dougy’s “toy” !
He actually respects Dougy’s claim to The Ottoman! He won’t get on it unless I put the lapboard on it. I guess Dougy’s scent is still strong on it. Even I knew no to put my feet on it! LOL! Dougy was a tyrant when it came to his claims.

Nice to see a flashback of Dougy shredding that paper.
I hope to share these early videos from time to time so people who missed Dougy when he was alive get to see how he and Andy interacted, how Dougy played and was a kitty.

Yeah, kind of weird when you think about it. It must have been a Depression thing.
Andy says about the newspaper : ” Let those bad news go away ” . He prefers not to read that !

Yes, he did this to magazines, too. I had to be careful where I left printed matter. Andy is better behaved (usually)!
He too doesn’t understand why there are still newspapers today. 🤷♂️😻
None in my home…! Very few printed papers left in this part of the country.
I’m no tree hugger, Doug, but it seems pointless to use trees for this when news can be transmitted much faster.
I agree. My trash decreased significantly when I went by the Internet for my subscriptions. This particular newspaper doesn’t come in an electronic version, unfortunately. It’s published by a cousin.

maybe he is sick of the news what makes us anyway just angry? you could try the weekly offers, maybe that’s the right material?
