There’s another snowstorm, one that’s near-blizzard level, around the corner!
How’s a kitty to sleep? Will there be enough kitty treats and kitty wet food to survive the storm?

Not to worry, Andy! You have lots of kitty food and treats in stock. I’ll probably use up some frozen food and pasta dishes during the time between the start, end, and dig out phases, but both of us will be comfortable, fat and sassy as long as the electricity is on.

Wow. That sounds awful. We’re due for a thunderstorm. (The wonders of being protected by the Great Lakes.)
So far, as of 5 April in the morning, we haven’t had much of any storm here in my town. We seem to have missed the storm here. Of course, the warning goes up to 6 PM today.

I can take it! On the other hand, the weather began with rain that froze. When I went out to my car this morning, there were icicles hanging off the front end, sides, and rear of it.
Hope you don’t lose power.

I hope you still have no seen the snow yet, Doug. We had a few flurries this morning, but not enough to stick. It was right on freezing with a low, uniformly grey sky at 7:00 AM here.
That’s about as much as we had in my town so far.

As of the morning of the 5th…no significant snow on the ground, just a skiff!

Yowie! Sounds like quite a storm! Sounds like you and Andy are well prepared, though.
We try to be. I even back my car into the parking space so I can make best use of the front wheel drive and avoid the normal way the wind causes drifts.
We are enjoying our first week of 70 degree weather! Please don’t send your storm east!

wow… we thought winter is back to northpole… but even we got snow last weekend… seems mother nature emptied more than one bottle …..
