I missed this film when it came out. I think Andy wanted more car chases and less romance!
It was a thriller, written by a fellow who was a medical doctor who changed to writing novels. The medical details, therefore were credible!

I had to look this movie up, I was in my 2nd year of high school in 1978 when it was made.
I saw it for the first time this month myself. I vaguely remember it coming out.

LOL! It was huge, if I’m recalling the right one.
As I recall I was not that impressed although I though the book was OK. I will count on Andy as a trusted reviewer.
Crichton did write a good book!
