“You don’t have a post ready, Doug?!”
=(^+^)=
I feel like a smarty pants when I get a little ahead making posts, which I was this week, and then the posts all publish. So it goes!
=(^+^)=
Subway has a foot-long/ 30,5cm cookie, pretzel, and churro promotion now. Five times, I’ve tried to get the $5 foot-long chocolate chip cookie only to find they are or of them or the distributor is.
Seriously, I don’t need a cookie but the novelty and the incessant television promotion of the three foot-long treats has created this obsessive desire to try the dang cookie anyway. The pretzel and churro, though less pricey, don’t intrigue me. But that cookie…!
I’m sure to be disappointed if I ever stumble on the day the cookie is available. The best chocolate chip cookie is one you bake yourself and $5 will make more than a foot of homemade cookies. Another way to think of it I didn’t spend $25 on cookies!
Some expression, eh?
I haven’t tried it, but it does look good.
Fourteen hundred calories per cookie, though. I’ve decided I don’t need one after all!
I love Andy’s expression! A foot long cookie? I once won a 5 lb Hershey bar in a raffle. Rick ate most of it, over time.. 🙂
Oh dear! The thought of five pounds of chocolate is pretty daunting!
The Hershey bar was so thick one had to take a hammer to break off a piece.
Wow! Almost folkloric!
Ha! Andy’s little face …
Some expression, eh?
I love Andy’s big eyes! I haven’t seen that TV promotion but you are right, Doug. The constant, repetitive TV ads are very irritating. Make your own cookies today!
I learned they have 1400 calories each today and that alone is the best reason not to want one now! Too much!
I love the expression!
Me, too!
Andy knows best.
He is an experienced kitty, of course!
