Oddly enough, Andy didn’t try to get the bug. I wonder if it has some anti-cat defense Andy discovered when he put his paw on it the other day, and that is why it was released.

Some insects give off a horrible smell to cats. I know that’s why they refuse to kill Cockroaches.
Learned in an animal care class.
It seems like this one has a pain bite, though Andy didn’t act like he was in pain. Of course, Persian kitties have lots of hair on the bottoms of their feet.

The bug may have nipped his paw or released some chemical defense. I once watched a kitty catch an ant, then spit it right out. Those critters release formic acid.
That’s very possible! It was odd at the time that he just released it.

You may want to stop the bug from bugging you and Andy, Doug.
A toughie, that’s for sure!

Uh oh … Looks like a stubborn bug there …
Could be just that! It’s survived being badhed by Andy.
