Andy stopped by to check things out…

…but saw nothing of kitty interest was happening here.

Adiós.

It’s storm season here, with one yesterday that was supposedly capable of softball-sized hail. Yikes!

Softball-sized hail sounds dangerous, Doug. And your car is out in the open. I hope those storms go far around you. You and Andy stay safe!
We’ve been missed by a few miles so far. Sometimes the West side of town gets the worst of it since the storms come in from that side. I already have minor hail damage on my car from a few years ago and the roof of my apartment suffered damage, too. Trees shed branches and leaves, as you know, in these storms. Tornadic winds do worse damage.
Love the lighting in those photos of Andy! Yikes at the serious hail!
I used the portrait setting for those photos, a feature I should use more often. I like the effect, too!
Yes, those storms are very unsettling, especially with monstrous hail like they seem to have more often these days. There’s photo of one in the post for the 25th.
Andy is cute when he’s bored! I hope that hail never comes, Doug, imagine what it will do to your car! 🫣😭
I live in dread of the hailstorm that doesn’t pass my place! When you see what landed just 57 miles from here on the 23rd – the photos in the 25th post – you can see there is no surviving that kind of ice falling from the sky!
Wow, I saw that tornado warning the weather channel. I immediately thought of you, Doug. I’m glad that you two are safe. 🤙🏻☺️
Me, too!
🤙🏻☺️🙏🏻
Stay safe, Doug and Andy!
We stay inside though the American proclivity is to stand by the open door to film the tornado barring down on the farmstead. LOL
You guys are smarter than that.
Want to bet? LOL!
I am not a betting person (ummm, cat). LOL
I sometimes am, but it’s not worth trying to beat probabilities.
I find gambling exceedingly boring and Las Vegas casinos utterly depressing.
I wouldn’t enjoy that place either.
And all hotels there are designed in such a way that you absolutely have to walk through the casino in order to get anywhere, including the exit doors. Ugghhh
I think they still allow smoking, too.
They do, otherwise gamblers would not stay glued to tables and machines.
Ugh! That alone would make the town unacceptable.
Unfortunately, it is also the most popular convention place in the US.
Yes.
Yeah, Andy and I fall asleep watching television. Woohoo!
its fryday… so the cool things happen tonight ;O)
Don’t get caught in one
You must be prescient, Derrick. Tomorrow’s post involves a kitty trap!
🙂
I am, Doug: https://derrickjknight.com/2012/05/27/203/
