Andy used to get “rawrful” when I showed him the quill end of peacock feathers.“Meh…”“I see it, but…”“…maybe…”Sniff.“…yeah! I remember…”Sniff!“…this was sorta fun!”“Meh! But not now.”Andy barely got his kitty on before ignoring the quill.

They have their stages. Gracie played with a feather on a stick far longer than any of the other cats but eventually she gave it up in favor of a nap in the sun. Gus is the only one with plays with toys. We have kicky sticks and those are favorites with all but not much else.
LOL! I often do. He watches me closely when I get a box from one place or another, impatient for me to empty the contents so he can stuff it with cat. I always have to remove the tape because he likes to eat it if I don’t make a box cat friendly, then he vomits it up.
Cute pictures of Andy! Cats do seem to seek out novelty at times … New toys, new places to sleep… Then they sometimes go back to the old things … Curious little animals!
Every cat toy has its day! 🙂
That’s a fact! I guess we all get tired of the same old toys for a time.
