Andy love, love, loves…
…to lounge…
…on newspapers.
Maybe I should get him a subscription.

Share I do! Most of my news comes over the Internet these days. It makes a newspaper a lot less expensive to subscribe to. The one paper I get in traditional format is one my cousin publishes.
Newspapers and magazines are a real cat mystery. Perhaps they are like Edgar Cayce, “The Sleeping Prophet” and can absorb the material with their eyes closed and sound asleep. 🙂
Interesting! Agree with John, maybe some odor of ink, or paper, attracts him (?) Something he would detect with his superior sniffer, and we would not (?)
The local paper would appreciate the support. 🙂
LOL!
I’m soooo nervous about cats under the chair foldy bars! It’s one reason I haven’t bought a recliner.
No one uses the recliner for the most part except Andy. I understand your concern and that is passed on to others in those rare times I have a guest.
Newspapers are so expensive now- maybe just share yours with him. 🙂

LOL! Cats would be like that!

That’s a good supposition. Andy’s not telling why, so we can make a guess.
The paper can’t possibly be more comfortable than carpet so why does he like the paper? The way it smells? ❤️🐈
FI’m clueless, John. Maybe it’s the crinkly aspect of paper….
I do hope he lets you read it first
Until he figures how to get it out of the mailbox, I do get to read it first. He does, however, watch me closely till I give the paper to him.
