It really upsets Andy when he is dematted. I try not to do too many at once or use any method that results in pulled hair. That’s a pretty good trick

He’ll never get over a bad effort. He will, maybe by tomorrow, maybe not, start coming closer.

In the meantime, I won’t see Andy that much during the day

Yes, I made the mistake yesterday of using a dematting tool that ended up being too aggressive. I found that out the hard way and will retire that tool!

The last photo in the series wasn’t taken because touching the sacred tail is a boop too far. Some blood must be shed unless the hand can move faster than the paw. (It did. Whew!)
