Amdy had a rough day.Doug groomed his tail.He got lots of matted hair off it, but Andy had to put up with lots of discomfort.It took a long time before he felt comfortable getting on the ottoman.He did take his chance, though.Doug offered an apologetic hand. Andy accepted and the rest of the day went well!He slept with his tail pointing away from Doug…just in case!Yes, things got much better as the day played out.

Hair mats can be a real trouble. It is good that Andy puts up with mat removal. He seems like a very forgiving cat.
I try to.minimize the pain….
