“No ‘mousies’ here!” It’s Andy’s favorite time of the day. I open cabinets for him and he examines them for “mousies”. While he does his duty, I pet and “scritch” him and tell him what a great kitty boy he is: “No ‘mousies’ here!” He eats it up!
Then Andy hops up on the dining room cat tree. There he waits for further affirmation of his role as the wonderful kitty boy that lives in this apartment. (And he is pretty wonderful!)
Of course, Andy knows he’s special!
He just likes to hear it from me.
Such a hard-working kitty boy! He deserves all the acclamations (and Greenies too!).
He isn’t hesitant to ask for what he wants. He knows his worth!
Don’t we just spoil them rotten? LOL But they deserve it, the little dears!
I’m up and down from my laptop meeting Mr. Andy’s heavy demands! Once he’s had me do everything, he still comes around, and I remind him of the fact there’s nothing lefty to do but pick him up and “wuv” him – he hates that! That buys me a little free time because he then runs into another room to avoid loving!
LOL You have your own relationship dynamics.
What a diligent Watch Kitty !
Marty, as proof of his vigilance, there never have been “mousies” in the apartment. LOL!
dood ewe IZ awesum…..all uz …yur friendz…noe thiz two 🙂
He really is a special little guy!
I like your crock pot and knowing that Andy never discovered any mouse in it makes the crock pot even more desirable.
For sure! I’d turn it into a planter if I ever found a mouse in it! (Or cockroach.)
It’s good that you have a professional in charge. Andy takes his duties seriously.
He really does make a show of it, Lou!
Andy is the king of his domain! ❤️
You know it, John!
Good job checking for mousies Andy.
He’s a pro!
That is a nice routine with Andy, he appreciates that! 🙂
I owe him some “kitty life enrichment” activities since he is a singleton kitty boy now. He eats that cabinet routine up!
That is a nice routine. I bet that makes him happy.
He really enjoys it, Charles, though it gets a bit tedious for me sometimes since he comes over when I’m trying to fix a meal. Oh well! As you note, he does enjoy it and he is a good little kitty boy!
Andy is a good kitty.
He truly is, GP!
Andy looks at you Doug with lovng eyes! He is grateful you allow him to visit the cabinet ! 🙂
In friendship
Michel

It’s part of his “kitty life enrichment” activities. I owe him that much since I haven’t found a kitty companion to take Dougy’s place.
can we book him for a mouse control please?
Only if you guys don’t dog-slobber on him. He isn’t used to doggy loving! He’d probably be frightened since he doesn’t have much experience with dogs.
