18Jan25: after a brouhaha we visited the vet’s…

Purr! Purr!
Andy purred – you know having a massage on his butt and back always are a treat!
Holly noted it also calms the kitty down before the thermometer insertion….
Andy survived temperature taking. Now to the scale.
Andy picked up a few ounces, proof the hyperthyroidism medication did the job.
Holly left for a moment. Andy used the moment to…
…hop down to get back in his carrier, the safe place while here!
Holly still needed Andy for  blood pressure checks.
Oh, well. Andy wanted to be in the carrier, so Holly played along.
Andy should have liked this blood pressure machine because they don’t have to shave a foot or on his tail like we they used to do.
Earlier, at home, Andy hid behind the recliner, trying to avoid capture…

…but I blindly reached between the recliner and the wall to capture him. I accidentally grabbed the tail end, not the head, and Andy valiantly defended himself. My hand lost.

On final medical news about my kitty, happy, too, that the heart murmur is better! He was a very good kitty for his visit today, but he is a good kitty!

It started to snow while Andy and and I were at the vet’s.

Not much to it so far. OK by me!
