22Jun25: small stuff…

Though my smartphone charger cord interests Andy…
…he has a more  important thing to do just now.
Zzzz…
You know…
…sleep.

=(^+^)=

.

I  got the new lampshade.

It replaces the fly war lampshade.

I also got new magnets for my doctor appointment reminder whiteboard.

  1. Andy is hard at work resting. That is very important kitty business! 🙂

The new lampshade looks nice, Doug. The magnets are handy! When Lucio was here, I had to worry about things like that being small enough for him to work loose and ingest. He put everything in his mouth, and even chewed the antenna of a cordless phone.

    • Yes, that chewing business is a problem, though Amdy’s interest in candy wrappers and plastic bags is what I deal with here!

Thanks! That lampshade I replaced was a cheap one to begin with that I wouldn’t have purchased had I bought it in a shop.

Andy is a good onstructor: when tired, take a nap. I follow that, thanks to I my kitty!

    • Thanks! The magnets are easy to use since they are shaped somewhat like the tops of pushing you might have for a corkboard.
The ones that came with it were much weaker and flat. They kept getting knocked off the board and my reminder notes.

    • Yes, rest is important.

Thanks! The new lampshade is more solid, higher quality than the old one, which actually was shipped folded!

    • Yes, the old old was lightly constructed and had just one more fly die on it than it could handle! The new one is very solidly built.

    • Thanks! It is much better quality that the one it replaces, and the haro that came with it, too, is much sturdier. As a former quality assurance guy, I should have know the truth of the saying that you get what you paid for…crap quality at a low price; improved quality at a higher price. Of course, one still has to pay attention to the warning of caveat emptor!
