Andy was a bit worn out.I don’t know what he was up to when I was enjoying a chat and a meal with my fellow Class of 1966 classmates, but he must have enjoyed the wet food and ‘nip I gave him when I left!Poor kitty! He’s really……zonked!Come to think about it, I could use a nap, too.

I personally get good value out of v them and apologize to no one for having them. I think the Japanese who have naps at work in some work places and Hispanic cultures that have siestas have the right idea. There were times at work when I practically shut down when a nap of even short duration would have made me dynamic and productive the rest of the day.
Naps feel good and can make you feel better.
