It was a fairly decent day with lots of painful blood sampling dome on my toes.
Terry Christensen Krankenbesuck and we caught up Alliance news.

Sad to report Doug passed away on Sunday in Western Nebraska General Hospital in Scottsbluff, NE. When I saw him on Thursday, he had asked me to get stamps and envelopes as he would be coming home in a few days. He took a sudden turn on Sunday. So glad that before he went to the hospital I took my Slivovitz, Serbian plum brandy, over so we could toast….he loved it when he was in the US Army in Germany. We were friends since we were three. We walked to school together from Kindergarten through high school. He will be missed.

Ohhh Doug so happy to see you here… trusting you were recuperating, but also missing hearing from you and Andy… And yes, just as Leah said… so sorry for the longer stay but hopefully will reveal good info that acts to get you home soon. Sending loving thots and prayers to dearest Andy and you, Doug…
I am here, Doug. You are always in our thoughts and prayers.
So sorry you are still in hospital. It’s been a while and I was hoping you were home. Continued thoughts and prayers.
Get well soon, prayers coming your way

Toes ? Oh noes.
Sending hugs.
I hope the blood samples turn out good, Doug.

Thank you so much, friend. This was not unexpected, but very sad all the same. Doug kept up a long battle.

Sorry about the longer hospital stay, and annoying tests. Hopefully they get some good info from them that will help get you home faster!
