21May26: updates

I turned this into roast beef sandwich. Very tasty!
This device in back allows me to get out of bed, sit in a chair, and get a bit of exercise in the process. Good deal! And poop like a human on a toilet….
I feel a lot better. White blood cell count down two days in a row. One of night nurses is German and so I got talk in my lousy German with her and trade stories about favorite things about the FRD, a beautiful place.
A selection of wee Andrew photos for you!
More.

Window shopping for birds.

A favorite rerch  – back of recliner.

=(^+^)=

I’m w/o my glasses, so doing this blog is problematic at times. Maddening for an English major!!!

I do want you to know how I’m doing. It’s worth it for you loyal readers!

Here till Saturday at least.

And Saturday will be here before we know it.. and even if needing to stay an additional day or so, hopefully the time will pass quickly. Am sure Andy is counting the days along with each of us until you are home. So grateful all continues to go well… Best love to you and Andy… and to all who are taking care of you both….

  4. God to hear things are going better, Doug, and you are getting the care you need. All of us here send our best wishes to you and Andy.

Is someone able to find you glasses for you and bring them to the hospital?

  5. WordPress doesn’t make it easy for people with vision problems. You do look better, though! I bet Andy wonders where his human went. Fingers crossed you’re home for the weekend!
