Yesterday, Dougy’s horns were showing and he creeped me out!
Yesterday, Dougy glared down on me from the mini-stereo. Today, it was Andy’s turn, and he was there long enough to curdle my blood twice over!

Andy’s horns are up. I am being watched!
“Aw, surely not…,” I thought. “This close to Halloween, this creepy cat business is, well, creepy! What’s up with this?”
Cats are, if nothing else, inscrutable, though Andy and Dougy kind of blow their cover when their horns pop up. I may not know what’s in store for me, but I know something’s up! So I waited.
A bit later, after the sun peeked over the horizon, Andy still was there, still watching, watching, watching…!

“Not cute and cuddly today,” I thought, “not at all!” But what’s Andy’s intent?
Then he hopped onto the top shelf of the computer desk, plopped down behind the all-in-one machine, and took a nap. Of course! Sometimes all the horns signify is intent to do something, anything, no harm involved. I hope…!
I’m sorry they look displeased at you :P… what did you do to them?! 😛
Love that look on Andys face he has an asian look to his face.
Oh my he is a bit of a spooky kitty in the second shot. He has that mysterious glow to him.
Intent, or not, I think the boys are getting their Halloween faces on.
Boy they can give some great crusty looks!
No kidding! On the other hand, there are times they look outright kittenish! Andy in particular gets a kittenish look about him. Dougy goes the opposite direction, sometimes getting this look of a wise, old kitty.
Warm-ups for Halloween, I should think. 🙂
I think so! As noted elsewhere, their black cat union requires them to put on their Halloween faces around this time.
LOL, Yes mine are all in training. Practicing arching thier backs, leaping out and startling us, Hissing and yowling right at a dramatic moment. 😉

Yikes! They gave me the creeps. I could not imagine being under their watchful eye. Good thing they are so cute.
Cute but scary! I think they practice their scary looks on each other because every once in a while, one or the other will jump straight up in fright when the other walks by. Cute!

hahaha…at least they did something other than stare. Did you try staring back?
(((Shoko)))
Yes, the staredown usually works! Of course, they may give up just to confuse me into thinking I run this show. Ha!
Ewow!….I would sleep with one eye open……great facials….Dougy is a cool cat!
Sometimes I think I should sleep with an eye open. Ha! Dougy oftentimes hops up and sleeps with me for a few minutes, and both hop up on a small bookcase at the end of my bed, where they sleep or stare at me…!
Great kitty I bet.
They both are sweet-natured kitties, and get along well with each other. Of course, they are brothers and littermates!
