Andy ignored the kitty toy.
I dropped it right next to him and called his name.
He pretended to sleep, with the kitty toy at his feet.
Then he sniffed it…
…and rolled over on his back.
This wasn’t our best play session, but we’d played a rough house session a few minutes earlier with another toy.
Andy was pooped!
Too much hard work playing! Mr Andy wants his rest.
You know it, Dolly! He stops when he gets tired, and I know not to push him till he’s wiped out.
Of course! Right now, we are heavily involved in a monthly Revolution treatment chase. Beba is the best customer; she is docile. Barmalei could be cajoled and reasoned with, but only when he emerges out of hiding. Pyshka is clever and devious; she is also much faster than both of us and quite heavy. It takes some doing to outsmart her. I think she takes it as a game.
Oh no! Sounds intense!
Frustrating and exhausting.
I thought two kitties kept me on my toes. Ha!
LOL I know exactly what you mean , Doug. As soon as Beba and Barmalei got older and more manageable, we got Pyshka, and havoc started all over again.
LOL!
Andy looks like he is ready for another nap! 🙂
Always!
He is lucky he has you to play with.
Yeah, and that I’m retired so he can call on me a lot!
His human won’t give up
I eventually realize when Andy’s pooped, I can get back to what I was trying to do. LOL! He requires his time, too, though, and I respect that. When Dougy was still alive, the two brothers played together, taking off a lot of that need for my work at exhausting the kitties.
Lucio used to keep our other kitties “exercised”. My job now. 🙂
Yeah, I spend more time with Andy since Dougy died. He used to keep them wound up!
