With the new television stand in place, some things needed to be reviewed for placement. Andy’s scratching post/lounger fits perfectly over where SpongBob used to hide wires. No more Spongebob in photos, I guess, since his new spot is to be determined.

Now, back to the post of the day:

The tried and true birdwatching window in the north bathroom!

Birds!

Andy briefly took a bath.

Time to check out what everyone’s doing in the other room….. (I got up from taking his photo and started to leave the room. That alerted Andy to new possibilities elsewhere!)

My great-nephew Braedon! I like the way he’s wearing his hair these days and told him so. It is a great look for him at this age (age 12) that he might not be able to keep after he gets old enough to hold an adult-type job. You know how employers are about inconsequential things!
Anyway, I told him about how his great-grandmother (my Mom) dealt with my brother Dick back in the 1950s when he wore his hair in a duck butt style. She hated it (it was sort of a “bad boy” style worn by thugs and ne’er-do-well types and Dad was Chief of Police at the time) but figured just letting him wear it his way then, he’d change it without some hassle later, which was when he joined the US Navy!
