So I reached down, picked him up, and held him hostage for a long, long time. He was not amused!

Andy was using light claw work to get my attention today. When he does that, he gets picked up for unwanted loving. As you know, getting picked up and held is not Andy’s favorite thing!
Those golden eyes are irrestible.
Who could resist Andy’s sweet little eyes? I agree, his golden eyes are very expressive.
He bugs me endlessly if I try to ignore him while I’m trying to get things done.

Thanks, nia! Yes, cats are unique in behavior. I’ve had two kitties that love, love, loved being held. They were kitties I got fron the local shelters. Then, I’ve had two that hated to be held!

I constantly wish I were Dr. Doolittle, though I suppose kitties would still be perverse companions even if we had a common language.
