A big yawn!

Andy has to sort it out. He isn’t one to awaken bright-eyed and…well, he is bushy-tailed.

He licks his lips. Maybe he’ll take a kitty bath.

No. Time to sit and think again.
What to do? What to do?

Ok! Scratch an itch!

Bye! Bye! Andy’s off on important kitty business by the front door!
=(^+^)=
It was a pleasant day to drive to Scottsbluff for an initial meeting with my new pulmonologist, Dr. Patel.
I’ve been without one since Dr. Shedd retired a couple years ago.
I feel he will be a keeper!

His nurse and I shared kitty stories after we took care of business. I gave her my business card, which lists my contact information on social media, all the better to watch videos and read about my kitties through the ages.
Does he only have one fang? Or is that just the camera angle?
He has all his teeth except one incisor that had to be extracted years ago because it was rubbing against one of those canines. He has puffy Persian cheeks that cover one canine in photos taken from some angles. I’ve had to verify he has all canines myself from time to time!
Doug
PUFFY PERSIAN CHEEKS! Yes, Catorze also has cheeks that hang unevenly making one fang look longer than the other.
I had to yawn myself seeing Andy yawn! 🙂
Good luck with the new doctor, Doug. I hope all goes well, and you have good care going forward. I am sorry you had a wasted 114 mile trip earlier with someone who wasn’t qualified to see you. I am not fond of wasted car trips myself.
It all ended well, so the trip was one of my favorite drives in my state at least. The second trip still had better use of my time.
Doug
I’m not judging him, that’s what I feel like in the Mornings too. Not a Morning person either
He and I need time to get awake enough to be social!
Doug
Such a deep thinker he is! You are Anonymous and don’t have an avatar, Doug. Not sure why…
I am doing this on my smartphone and am not signed in is why. I still haven’t set up my laptop, a task that is never my fun thing to do.
Doug
Oh, okay. 🤙🏻
Well, waking up takes time, especially when the wake up is without coffee. When a doctor retires, it sometimes takes some time to replace them.
It took so long to replace Dr
Shedd after he left his practice in Nebraska that it wasn’t until he returned to Nebraska that I had a pulmonologist!
Doug
I hope the doc works out!

Good news. Andy just wants his breakfast
Love the pictures of thoughtful Andy! Can’t beat a deal like that, a new doctor you like, plus a nurse who’s interested in 😻 kitties!
Yes, it was a productive time! The first time for this specific appointment, I was scheduled with someone not specifically qualified for pulmonology. The appointment was canceled while I was in Scottsbluff, a
wasted 114 mile round trip, and the appointment today was scheduled.
Glad you liked the photos of Andy!
Doug
great that you like your new doc… all the best to you two
I hope he doesn’t succumb to wanderlust like three have so far!
