It was an exhausting day! It began with coffee and rolls with our neighbor, ordering oxygen, medicating Andy, lunch, then taking a nap that took us up to 5:30. Where did the day go? There’s a sink full of dishes to end the day and one more medication – the one that is easy that goes in his ear – for Andy. Oh! I just realized a short time ago I needed to do a blog post for tomorrow, which is your “today” or the 21st!

Zzzz…

I don’t know how he can sleep on the end table with his legs dangling over the side like that! But he looks comfortable! 🙂
It’s beyond me, too, Lavinia, but he always has something dangling over ghe edge of where he sleeps.
A nap can be relaxing after busy times. Andy sure looks relaxed.
Andy can slump anywhere. He is the cat equivalent of 70 or so at age 23, yet he is supple and can leap over tall buildings in a single bound. Oops! That’s Superman. Andy hops and jumps from place to place, though, and shows no signs of distress. I wish I aged so well!
Time flies!!
Incredibly so, John. Fifty years ago seems like yesterday when I talk with my old US Army friend Dan.
Back in the 80s , a Canadian band called Rush made a song called Time Stand Still. Great song and it means a lot these days. I miss my youth. 😞
Well done
One gets through the day, one event or chore at a time. The naps are Andy and my reward for endurance!
a nap is a good plan after such a busy day… sweet dreams…
Can’t argue with that! I know your busy Weimaraners need to plan out a nap schedule, too!
Some days just zip by like that!
And how!
