My sister and I talked on the phone New Year morning. Mostly, we talked about our kitties, Saki and Andy, but we also talked about every kitty we’ve ever had. Three hours, two minutes, 19 seconds after we started, we finished talking!

Pretty close to it! There were some family updates as well.
Did you just talk about cats for the entire 3 hours, 2 minutes and 19 seconds? I can’t think of a more wonderful conversation!
My BFF and I have long conversations like that. It’s easy to lose track of time.
Time does get away from you!
Glad you had a nice long chat with your sister.
Me, too! It was lots of fun.
Families are the best for that kind of conversation. (Snoops loves Ritz crackers.)
I agree! Andy doesn’t get it very often, but he likes to lick my fingers after t I eat Cheetos. I don’t eat them often because they are loaded with salt.
What wonderful memories you shared !
Indeed!
That’s a very long call, Doug! I remember when long distance calls cost a fortune, AT&T! 😡 Andy probably wouldn’t like those salty crackers.
No crackers for Andy! Yes, those calls cost an arm and leg, didn’t they?
Yeah, it was cheaper after 7PM! 😂
Yes!
I have had 2 to 3 hour conversations at times, especially with those on the east coast. That time spent catching up is precious.
Indeed it is! My sister and I have a good bond. Of course we both have cats!
Wow – that was some call
I can’t imagine how much a long distance call that long would have cost when one paid the phone monopoly AT&T for calls! True, one still pays for the phone and access to microwave tower services once a month, but it’s one cost, not a minute by minute accounting!
Andy looks suitably puzzled by the non-greenie items! All kitties bring endless stories to any conversation!
Indeed cats do!
