I can “scritch” up and down Andy’s back while he reclines on the recliner arm, too. Andy love, love, loves that, of course.

Andy looks very content on the arm rest. Good for quality scritching time!
He stretches out there and purrs softly. So, it must be prime territory in his mind!

I think he likes that place because he gets touched by you.
He purrs softly when he stops there, so you probably are guessing right!

Andy looks so contented in these shots, wherever he rests, rest is the important thing, Doug. Haha!
He definitely doesn’t, love, love that spot, Gerry!
Doug Thomas
Spot on!
Our cats skip the armrests and go straight for my seat.
These at used to be his late brother’s territory. To this day, nearly five years later, Andy still rarely gets on the seat.

Yes – an Andy arm rest
He purrs softly when he stretches out there. It is perfectly shaped for him as well.

I have two pups that think the recliner be4longs to them….so it is a fight to see who gets so I understand the ‘buddies’ and their choices. chuqit first….
LOL! Andy and his late brother caught over many favorite spots, among them the recliner in part and in whole.
Doug Thomas
They do have a way to taking over, huh? LOL chuq
Good to have several comfy places to sleep! For max scritching opportunities as well as refreshing changes of routine!
Fortunately for me, his current favorite spots make trapping him for his medications very low effort.
