Andy was upset with me because I left the apartment early Monday morning.Yes. I left for Rapid City at 5:30 am for an 8:30 car appointment. It’s a five hour round trip. After my car was given it annual maintenance and a recall fix, I left Rapid and got home, exhausted. It was a light lunch, then bed!“Oh, boo hoo, Doug! Cry me a river!”
I knew Andy would understand.

I brought out a fresh peacock feather that Andy battered around, bit, clawed at, and generally gave me the idea it’d make a cute blog post.
Presentation issue – eye down, not exciting.
This got lots of thrills earlier, with the clawing, biting, and batting at around when I drew it under the lapboard.
Andy likes “prey” that’s sneaking away, under things, behind things, into things. Hey! I’m trying to stir you into more action, kitty!Well, staring from a different angle isn’t that much action.Andy’s final response to the exciting peacock feather was disappointing to me. I tried hard to elongate the time we spent playing with it.

I know everyone who’s tried to take photos of pets – or children – can appreciate this post today! Ha!
