I’m a bit out of sync this week. Sorry about late posting! I still seem to be recovering from that stupid round-trip to South Dakota that came too early after the first one. Yes, I fell asleep after dialysis, woke up several hours later in my chair. Andy was there, waiting patiently on the ottoman, for his Greenies treat when I woke up.

I managed to fix a late lunch – 3:30 pm – of leftover spaghetti, then watched some television.
Later, around 9:00, I went to bed and slept till 2:40 or so. I washed dishes and opened a package that arrived while I was asleep.
All done, I checked my posts for comments, but realized I hadn’t posted for today!

It’s great to see Andy enjoying his treats, Doug. You’re handling the long trips and dialysis well, I think.
I am very, very happy, though, to be done with them for several months!

You do so well with all those trips
They really wear me out, though.

I’m sure
Andy, you look spiffy today! Go for those greenies!
He does, doesn’t he!?

I agree, Doug, rest when you need to. We will all be here for you and Andy when you are ready.
The way it works is I rest when my body determines rest is needed. The bad part is too often I hit the ball and end up sleeping all afternoon or night in a chair. If I did a blog post for the next day or days, I’m OK.

Doug, when you need to rest, you need it. No apologies needed. some of these procedures are exhausting.
I do hope to settle back into my routine so I have a post out by a little after midnight so readers from England and east see it when their day begins.
