Plastic in general seems to hold some strange attraction to kitties, but combined with food odors, that makes sense it would pique their interest.
Silkie is a big fan of toilet paper tubes. Just the right size to bat about and get a grip on the rim with teeth. They go airborne readily enough.
I’ve tossed them Andy’s way, but he doesn’t play with them

I wonder if it’s the odor of food combined with plastic that revs up the kitties! One of mine loves to chew on the tops of opened kitty food bags …
That awesome sense to me, Leah. Andy has to be watched for chewing on plastic bags and rhe like, too.
