The boys are big on body language, too. There is little to mistake when they have a demand or something to point out about their environment. I’m not sure how to measure cat (or other animal) intelligence other than to note my two seem to be on the high end of intelligence for their species, a fact that makes them a treat to observe and live with!
I think the boys realize they are pretty…! (As for class, you have to live with them to know otherwise. Ha! They are pure kitty, no matter how fancy their pedigree.)
I think he was trying to get me to play wand toy with him by acting like he was about to be naughty…so, I’m signing off and getting out the wand toy now!
I didn’t realize he was such a sophisticated cat.
They surprise you!
It just came to me that when you are blazing New territory there’s no better way to do it then with two who can only say meow

He looks like the bear-king of the couch.
Yes, I can see that, too! There’s a moment in “The Lion King” that applies as well.
Well chosen spot Dougy! 🙂

Dougy is so handsome!😻
I saw him standing there and thought, “Rin Tin Tin!” Oops! But seriously!
MOL! He is adorable!❤
Both Andy and Dougy are soft and cuddly, though neither likes to be held very long. However, the older the get, the longer they let me hold them.
Hehehe – I love that they let you THINK it’s your idea!!😹
Hence, the purr-ception that cats are “sneaky”! 😐
Hehehe!! Well of course we are – we’re animals!!
Hey, that looks like my chair!
It’s a leather-covered recliner. Is that what yours is?
I just have a big chair and an ottoman. I think if we had a recliner, Dad would never go to work – !!!
They are nice! Mine is too comfortable to use for reading or watching television, but wonderful for falling asleep in and getting a nice nap!
You go, Dougy!

Dougy looks like he owns that spot on the back of the chair!
At the moment, anyway!
