Yes, he definitely had them! I’ll try to locate a photo where his horns show. I’m sure there is such a thing!
p.s. Dougy wasn’t a junior. He and I have/had different middle names.
I cannot say I have ever seen horns on any cats other than yours
They are there on all cats, but they are most noticeable on long-haired (and presumably ornery) cats.
