I have a lot like that- only want to be touched when they are in the mood. And some of mine won’t even let us pet them.
He was less moody today!

Y’see, Louis Catorze swishes his tail when he’s happy.
Tail swish speed is the big deal. In this instance, Andy’s upset but not livid about me petting him when he’s not in the mood. If it were faster, I’d leave him alone.
For Catorze, it means he’s feeling a bit playful and naughty!
